This pattern is wonderfully flexible—you can follow the steps exactly as shown, or let your imagination take the lead and make it uniquely yours. If you want to recreate the original design, using materials in the same dimensions will give you the closest result. But if certain items aren’t available where you live, don’t worry. Substitutions work beautifully, and I’m always here to help if you’re unsure.

Making Material Choices Easy
To make things simpler for you, I’ve prepared a list of sample materials from Etsy stores around the world. These should help you find what you need, no matter where you’re located.
35 cm Circle, 80-90cm Length
35cm Circle, 80-90cm Length, with Wooden Beads

For this project, I used a 5.5 cm circle, but a 6 cm circle works just as well and is often easier to find.

In some stores, the circles for this project may be offered as size variants within the same listing. Be sure to check the instructions carefully to select the size that’s perfect for your project.
